The plums of Dro are one-of-a-kind, likewise the broccoli of Torbole and the chestnuts of Drena, which are so tasty with a glass of nice Vin Santo, labeled as D.O.C. since 1971.
In an area of such old fishing tradition such as Riva, it could not miss the lake fish, like trout, soused fishes, tenches and the alborelle fishes. Lastly, it is impossible not to taste the ‘Carne Salada’ meat, perhaps with a drop of Garda Lake Oil, and the Zisam (fish with onions). Our guests appreciate them very much.
